If you see “invalid account” / “authorization failed” / “unauthorized” error messages, this would mean you have entered your password incorrectly or selected the wrong server.
You will need to select mt4.HeyForex.com:443 (HeyForex-Live) when logging into a Live Account.
For a Demo Account, you need to choose demo.HeyForex.com HeyForex-Demo).
If the server selection is not the issue, please try resetting your MetaTrader password.
This can be done by going to the “My Accounts” section.
Step by step guide:
1. Click "My Accounts".
2. Click "View" on the account in question.
3. Click on the three dots.
4. Click on "Change Password".
5. You will then receive your new password via email.
